Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Qlyclick! Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns
   We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for most unused, unopened, and resellable items. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

• The item must be in its original packaging

• You must have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items include:

• Used or opened skincare or wellness products (due to hygiene concerns)

• Gift cards

• Final sale or clearance items

• Personalized or customized products

2. Return Process
   To initiate a return:

• Email us at support@qlyclick.com with your order number and reason for return

• We will respond with return instructions and a return shipping address

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or sent in error

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Qlyclick is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

3. Refunds
   Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
   If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

5. Exchanges
   We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

6. Cancellations
   If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must be processed as a return.
